PURPOSE
This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the measures we take to protect it. It applies to your use of www.susiestonefield.com and your participation in any course, program, service, product, or membership offered by Susie Stonefield / Unfold Art, LLC — including the Create Brave Collective.
By using the Site and/or enrolling in any of our offerings, you voluntarily agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, please contact Susie Stonefield at susie@unfoldart.com. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use or browse the Site.
1. Definitions
"Company," "We," "I," "Our," or "Us" means Unfold Art, LLC, Susie Stonefield, and www.susiestonefield.com.
"Content" means any and all written, visual, video, or audio information contained on the Site or offered through our programs and memberships, including emails, blog posts, graphics, newsletters, designs, documents, templates, course materials, prompts, recordings, and community materials.
"Create Brave Collective" or "Community" means the private paid membership community offered by Unfold Art, LLC and hosted on Swarm.
"Personal Information" means information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate a person, including name, address, email address, telephone number, payment information, and site behavior.
"Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products" means www.susiestonefield.com, its Content, email list, social media posts, blog posts, courses, coaching services, guides, workbooks, memberships, and any other offerings available through us or the Site.
"Site" means www.susiestonefield.com and all associated pages, tabs, landing pages, forms, and sub-pages.
"You" or "Your" means the user, customer, member, or viewer of the Site.

The Site and its Content are owned by Unfold Art, LLC. We are committed to protecting your Personal Information and will only collect or use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3. What Personal Information Do We Collect?
Personal Information you provide:
When using the Site or enrolling in our offerings — including the Create Brave Collective — you may be asked to provide your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and payment or credit card information. We use this information to deliver the product, service, or membership you have enrolled in, to communicate with you about your account, and to provide you with educational content, newsletters, and program updates.
When you participate in the Create Brave Collective, you may also share personal stories, artwork, reflections, and other content within the community platform. This content is shared with other community members as part of the community experience and is subject to the confidentiality agreements in the Community Guidelines and Membership Agreement.
Personal Information automatically collected:
Through use of the Site, we may use data collection technology such as Google Analytics to collect information about your geographic location, site behavior, device type, IP address, and whether you view the Site on mobile, tablet, or desktop. We collect this information for statistical purposes and to improve the user experience.
4. What If the Personal Information We Have Is Incorrect?
If the Personal Information we have collected about you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at susie@unfoldart.com and we will make the appropriate corrections.
5. When Do We Collect Personal Information?
We collect Personal Information when you purchase, enroll, or sign up for any of our Site, Courses, Services, Products, or the Create Brave Collective; download our free resources; subscribe to our newsletter; fill out a form; browse the Site; or enter your Personal Information on the Site in any way. If you are simply viewing the Site without signing up or purchasing, you will not be required to provide personal information.
If you are outside the EU: by signing up for any of our offerings, you will automatically be added to our email list. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email or by contacting susie@unfoldart.com.
If you are in the EU: you will only be added to our email list if you affirmatively consent to receiving communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email or by contacting susie@unfoldart.com.
6. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We may use the Personal Information we collect to deliver products, services, and membership access you have enrolled in; communicate with you about your account, membership, or program; personalize your experience and improve our offerings; process your transactions; send periodic emails, program updates, and newsletters; administer promotions or surveys; and tailor social media advertisements to you.
With respect to the Create Brave Collective specifically, we use your Personal Information to manage your membership account, process recurring billing, communicate with you about your membership, and deliver community programming and resources.
7. Do We Share Your Personal Information?
In general, we do not sell, trade, or transfer your Personal Information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes, except in the following circumstances.
To comply with law: we may disclose your Personal Information to comply with an investigation, law enforcement inquiry, government entity, or court order as required or permitted by applicable law.
Third-party service providers: we share Personal Information with service providers who help us operate the Site, process payments, manage our email list, and deliver our programs and memberships. These providers are required to keep your information confidential. Current third-party service providers include, but may not be limited to, Squarespace (website hosting), Swarm (community platform), and payment processing providers.
Swarm: the Create Brave Collective is hosted on Swarm. When you create a Swarm account to join the community, your information is subject to Swarm's own Privacy Policy in addition to this one. We encourage you to read Swarm's Privacy Policy before enrolling. We are not responsible for Swarm's data practices.
Social media platforms: if you use social media sharing features on the Site, your information may be shared with those platforms to complete those functions.
Third-party advertising: we may use social media advertising platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to market our offerings to you based on your behavior on the Site. These platforms may collect information through cookies and tracking methods.
We may also share your Personal Information with subsidiaries, contractors, or successors in interest as necessary to carry out our business functions, provided those parties agree to keep your information confidential.
We do not allow third-party behavioral tracking beyond what is described in this Privacy Policy.
8. How Do We Protect Your Personal Information?
We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Information, including SSL encryption, password-protected access, and limited access by authorized personnel only. All sensitive payment information is processed through secure third-party payment processors and is not stored on our servers.
Please note that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information.
9. Cookies and Pixels
Cookies: we and our third-party service providers use cookies to help remember your preferences, process items in your cart, compile aggregate data about Site traffic, and personalize your experience. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of the Site.
Pixels: we use social media pixels, including Facebook pixels, to track visitors to the Site and tailor advertisements on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites including Swarm. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.
11. Password Privacy
If you create a username and password for the Site or for Swarm to access the Create Brave Collective, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share your login information with anyone. Notify us immediately at susie@unfoldart.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
12. Data Retention
We will retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to deliver the services you have enrolled in and to comply with our legal obligations. If you would like to request deletion of your Personal Information, please contact us at susie@unfoldart.com. Please note that content you have posted within the Create Brave Collective may remain in the community as part of the shared record of the space following your departure, unless you specifically request its removal.
13. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect demographic and behavioral data about Site visitors. We have implemented Demographics and Interests Reporting. To opt out of Google Analytics, visit the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser add-on page.
14. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
In compliance with CalOPPA, we post a conspicuous Privacy Policy on our Site describing what information we collect and with whom it is shared. Users may visit our Site anonymously. A link to this Privacy Policy appears in the Site footer. You will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes via an updated "Updated" date at the bottom of this page.
15. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
We do not market to or knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Site or provide any Personal Information. If you are a parent and believe your child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us immediately at susie@unfoldart.com.
16. Fair Information Practices
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users via email within 7 business days of becoming aware of the breach.
17. CAN-SPAM Act
We collect your email address to send information, respond to inquiries, process orders, send program updates, and market our offerings to you. In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we will not use false or misleading subject lines or email addresses, will identify commercial emails as advertisements where required, will honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly, and will allow users to unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of every email. 18. Your GDPR Rights
If you are located within the European Union, you are entitled to certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, rectify, or erase your Personal Information; the right to withdraw consent to our processing of your data; the right to know how long we will keep your information (we will retain it until you request deletion or until we determine it is no longer needed); and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
19. AI and Automated Data Collection
We do not use your Personal Information or any content shared within the Create Brave Collective to train, fine-tune, or otherwise inform any artificial intelligence system or model. Automated scraping or non-human access to the Site or the Community is prohibited. See Section 11 of our Terms & Conditions for the full AI policy.
